Notes, folders, tags, links, the knowledge graph, version history, the built-in browser, exports, backups, and on-device note search never count against any limit.

How the Assistant limit works

• Each account gets 100,000 tokens in a rolling 5-hour window. Tokens count both what's sent (your question, note excerpts, page text) and what's written back.
• It's rolling, not a daily reset: capacity frees up 5 hours after each request.
• Questions that pull in lots of note text or use web search use more tokens.
• To avoid bursts, messages are capped at 5 per minute.
• See your usage anytime in Settings → Nexus Cloud Account → Usage.
• If you hit the limit, the Assistant tells you, and everything else in Nexus keeps working.
