Nexus End User License Agreement
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or an entity you represent ("You," "User," or "your"), and Nawrasse Andaloussi Dahman, an individual developer based in Morocco and the creator and operator of the Nexus software ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our").
Nexus is currently an independently developed product operated by Nawrasse Andaloussi Dahman. No corporation named "Nexus, Inc." operates the Software or is a party to this Agreement. If Nexus is later transferred to, owned by, or operated by a separate legal entity, this Agreement may be updated accordingly.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE OR NEXUS CLOUD SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE THE SOFTWARE OR NEXUS CLOUD SERVICE.
If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
This Agreement governs your use of the Nexus applications and, where applicable, the Nexus Cloud Service. Your use of the Nexus website may additionally be governed by the Nexus Terms of Service. The processing of personal information is governed by the Nexus Privacy Policy. The Nexus Software License supplements this Agreement with respect to intellectual-property rights in the proprietary Software.
1. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement:
"Nexus"
"Nexus" means the software, applications, cloud services, features, and related products made available by the Operator under the Nexus name.
"Nexus Application" or "Application"
"Nexus Application" means the official Nexus software applications made available by the Operator for supported desktop platforms, including Windows and any other desktop platforms the Operator makes available, together with updates, upgrades, and related components provided by the Operator.
"Software"
"Software" means the Nexus Application in object-code form, including its features, user interface, notes editor, built-in browser, knowledge graph, AI Assistant interface, local functionality, updates, documentation, and other components made available as part of the Nexus Application.
The Software does not include source code that is not expressly made available to you under a separate license.
"Your Content"
"Your Content" means notes, text, images, files, bookmarks, AI conversation history, browser-related content, downloaded material, and other content that you create, import, access, or store using the Software.
"Nexus Cloud Service" or "Cloud Service"
"Nexus Cloud Service" means the backend services operated by the Operator under the Nexus name, including services used for account creation and authentication, AI request processing, forwarding requests to third-party providers, web search, usage tracking, security, rate limiting, and other cloud functionality expressly provided by Nexus.
"Third-Party Provider"
"Third-Party Provider" means an independent service provider used with the Software or Nexus Cloud Service, including providers of AI models, web search, authentication, hosting, content retrieval, email delivery, analytics, model distribution, infrastructure, or other services used to operate or support Nexus.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software in object-code form:
- for your personal purposes; or
- for the internal business purposes of an organization you represent,
on supported devices that you own, lease, or are otherwise authorized to control.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to you.
You may make reasonable backup copies of the Software solely for archival purposes, provided that such copies remain subject to this Agreement and are not distributed to third parties.
Except for the rights expressly granted in this Agreement or rights that cannot legally be restricted, all rights in and to the Software are reserved by the Operator and its licensors.
3. License Restrictions
Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law or by a separate written license, you shall not, and shall not knowingly permit or assist another person to:
- copy or reproduce the Software except as permitted in Section 2, or modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or structure of the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits such activity;
- distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, publish, transfer, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties;
- remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, proprietary notices, or other identification contained in the Software;
- bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with authentication, security mechanisms, access controls, rate limits, usage restrictions, or other protective measures;
- use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar mechanisms to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Nexus Cloud Service;
- access or use the Nexus Cloud Service through unauthorized interfaces or methods;
- use a Nexus Cloud API key or other credential outside the Software except through an interface expressly authorized by the Operator;
- extract, reproduce, mirror, or systematically collect proprietary data, services, or functionality from the Nexus Cloud Service for the purpose of creating or operating a competing service;
- interfere with the operation, availability, security, or integrity of Nexus or its infrastructure;
- use Nexus to violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- use Nexus to distribute malware, malicious code, or other harmful material; or
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another user's account, content, credentials, or data.
Nothing in this section prohibits conduct that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software, including its object code, user interface, visual design, documentation, branding, logos, trademarks, proprietary technology, and other proprietary components, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of the Software or any intellectual-property rights in the Software.
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights that you have in Your Content.
The Operator does not acquire ownership of Your Content merely because you use the Software or Nexus Cloud Service.
You grant the Operator only the limited, non-exclusive rights reasonably necessary to:
- operate and provide the features you request;
- transmit and process AI requests that you initiate;
- provide requested Cloud Service functionality;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the operation of the Cloud Service; and
- comply with applicable law or respond to legitimate legal obligations.
The Operator will not sell Your Content.
The Operator does not use Your Content to train general-purpose AI models operated by the Operator.
AI requests may nevertheless be transmitted to independent Third-Party Providers for processing as described in this Agreement and the Nexus Privacy Policy. Those providers may process information under their own applicable terms and policies, which may include using that information to train their models, as described in Section 5(c) and the Nexus Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, upload, transmit, or process Your Content through Nexus.
5. Nexus Cloud Service and AI Assistant
(a) Local-First Architecture
Nexus is designed as a local-first application.
Your local workspace and locally stored content are generally stored on your device unless you explicitly transmit, export, synchronize, back up, or otherwise send that information elsewhere.
Local application data may include:
- notes;
- folders;
- tags;
- links;
- images;
- version history;
- Trash contents;
- search indexes;
- embeddings;
- AI conversation history;
- browser settings;
- bookmarks;
- downloaded files; and
- other application data.
The availability of local storage does not mean that every feature operates entirely offline. Certain features, including the AI Assistant and account functionality, require communication with the Nexus Cloud Service or Third-Party Providers.
(b) On-Device Models
Some Nexus features may use AI models or other computational components downloaded to your device.
Where a feature is designed to operate locally, the underlying content processed by that feature may remain on your device and may not be transmitted to the Nexus Cloud Service.
Third-party infrastructure may be used to distribute model files or other components. For example, Nexus may obtain model files from Hugging Face, jsDelivr, or other distribution providers.
Those providers may receive your IP address and ordinary network request information when your device connects to them.
(c) AI Assistant
The AI Assistant requires a Nexus Cloud account and uses the Nexus Cloud Service.
Depending on your request and enabled settings, an AI Assistant request may contain:
- the message you submit;
- a portion of your prior conversation;
- relevant excerpts from your notes;
- content from a note you explicitly identify;
- up to the applicable character limit of a note when relevant retrieval is unavailable;
- the current date and time;
- text from an active Nexus Browser tab when the relevant browser-awareness setting is enabled; and
- other information reasonably necessary to fulfill the request.
AI: Off
You may mark supported notes as "AI: Off."
When a note is marked "AI: Off," Nexus will not intentionally include that note's stored contents or automatically retrieved excerpts from that note in AI Assistant requests.
However, "AI: Off" does not prevent transmission of information that you personally type, paste, quote, or otherwise submit to the AI Assistant.
It also does not retroactively remove content that you previously submitted as part of an AI conversation.
Third-Party AI Processing
The Nexus Cloud Service forwards applicable AI requests to one or more Third-Party Providers using credentials controlled by the Operator.
The Operator does not control the independent processing practices of those providers.
Third-Party Providers may have their own privacy policies, terms, retention practices, security measures, and technical limitations.
The Operator will use commercially reasonable efforts to select providers appropriate for the services Nexus provides, but cannot guarantee the policies or practices of an independent provider.
Google Model Training and Your Consent
The AI Assistant currently uses Google's Gemini models. Content included in AI Assistant requests forwarded through the Nexus Cloud Service may be used by Google to train and improve its models, under Google's own terms and policies.
BY CREATING A NEXUS CLOUD ACCOUNT OR USING THE AI ASSISTANT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GOOGLE MAY USE CONTENT SENT THROUGH NEXUS CLOUD AI REQUESTS TO TRAIN AND IMPROVE ITS MODELS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT CREATE A NEXUS CLOUD ACCOUNT OR USE THE AI ASSISTANT.
The Operator does not itself use Your Content to train AI models and does not control how Google uses information it receives. Content that remains only on your device, including notes marked "AI: Off" (except for anything you type or paste into the AI Assistant yourself) and content processed by on-device models, is not sent to Google through the Nexus Cloud Service.
You may stop at any time by ceasing to use the AI Assistant or deleting your Nexus Cloud account. However, the Operator cannot recall content that has already been sent to Google, and deleting your account does not reverse any use Google has already made of that content. You are responsible for not submitting confidential information, information you do not have the right to share, or other people's personal information to the AI Assistant.
Web Search
Where AI or another Nexus feature uses web search, search queries may be transmitted to a Third-Party Provider.
The Nexus Cloud Service may retrieve information from search results or relevant web pages and may provide that information to the AI Assistant.
Web content is controlled by third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or subject to separate terms.
Usage Limits
The Operator may impose reasonable usage limits, request limits, rate limits, or other restrictions necessary to maintain the security, reliability, availability, and fair use of the Nexus Cloud Service.
The Operator may change such limits from time to time.
6. Nexus Cloud Accounts and Credentials
Some Nexus features require a Nexus Cloud account.
Accounts are created and accessed by signing in with a supported third-party authentication provider, currently Google or GitHub. If you sign in with a provider and no Nexus Cloud account exists for you, Nexus creates one automatically; if you already have an account, you are signed in to it.
Nexus does not receive or store your authentication-provider password.
Your authentication provider may provide Nexus with information necessary to create and maintain your Nexus account, such as a verified email address and account identifier.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of:
- your device;
- your Google, GitHub, or other authentication-provider account;
- your Nexus credentials;
- API keys or session credentials stored on your device; and
- any other authentication mechanism under your control.
Where supported, Nexus may store credentials using operating-system credential storage such as Windows Credential Manager, the macOS Keychain, or equivalent secure storage on other supported platforms.
Session Security
Successful sign-in may create a session credential stored on your device.
Session credentials may remain valid until they expire, you sign out, you revoke or regenerate credentials, or the Operator invalidates them for security reasons.
The Operator may impose reasonable limits on credential regeneration, session creation, or related security operations to prevent abuse.
If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, you should promptly sign out, revoke or regenerate available credentials, secure your authentication-provider account, or delete your Nexus account.
Account Deletion
Where account deletion is available, you may permanently delete your Nexus Cloud account through the available account settings or another method designated by the Operator.
Upon account deletion, the Operator will delete or dispose of account information and associated records in accordance with the Nexus Privacy Policy, subject to information that may need to be retained for:
- security;
- fraud or abuse prevention;
- legal obligations;
- dispute resolution;
- legitimate record-keeping;
- disaster recovery; or
- other purposes permitted by applicable law.
Operational logs, backups, rate-limiting information, and similar records may remain for a limited period where reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Deleting your Nexus Cloud account does not delete Your Content stored locally on your device.
7. Your Responsibility for Content and Use
You are responsible for Your Content and for your use of Nexus.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to use and transmit Your Content through the Software and Nexus Cloud Service.
You must not use Nexus to knowingly:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe another person's intellectual-property rights;
- violate privacy or confidentiality rights;
- distribute malicious software;
- facilitate unlawful activity;
- interfere with the operation of Nexus; or
- gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information.
Nexus is a general-purpose software product. The Operator does not monitor every item of Your Content and is not responsible for determining whether Your Content is lawful, accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended use.
8. Built-In Browser and External Websites
Nexus may include a built-in web browser.
When you use the browser, your device may communicate directly with websites and external services.
Those websites and services are controlled by third parties and operate under their own terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, and other rules.
Searches entered as non-URL queries may be sent to a search provider such as Brave Search.
Site icons or favicon information may be requested from third-party services such as DuckDuckGo.
Websites may place cookies or other data on your device.
Browser Awareness
When browser-awareness features such as "Aware of tabs" or "Watching for conflicts" are enabled, Nexus may retrieve text from the active browser page for the relevant feature.
Depending on the feature:
- page text may be analyzed locally on your device; or
- page text may be included in an AI request and transmitted to the Nexus Cloud Service.
The exact behavior is described in the applicable Nexus product settings and documentation.
Some local browser functionality, such as conflict detection, may read page text on your device even when "Aware of tabs" is turned off. Turning that setting off prevents page text from being included automatically in AI Assistant requests through that feature. See the Nexus Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for deciding whether to enable these features and for determining whether information displayed in your browser is appropriate to transmit to an AI service.
9. Updates and Changes to Nexus
The Operator may provide:
- software updates;
- bug fixes;
- security patches;
- performance improvements;
- new features;
- feature modifications; or
- other changes to Nexus.
Nexus may periodically check for updates by contacting an update-distribution service such as GitHub.
Update requests may disclose your IP address and ordinary network request information to the relevant provider.
Where technically supported, updates may be digitally signed and the Software may reject updates that fail applicable signature verification.
The Operator may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue particular features or the Nexus Cloud Service.
The Operator is not obligated to maintain any particular feature, version, platform, integration, or Cloud Service indefinitely except where required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
If an update is accompanied by separate license terms, those terms will apply to the relevant update to the extent stated in those terms.
10. Backups and Data Loss
Nexus is local-first.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important content stored on your device.
Nexus may provide export, backup, recovery, or other data-management functionality, but you remain responsible for verifying that any backup or export is complete, accessible, and usable.
The Operator does not guarantee recovery of locally stored content following:
- device failure;
- accidental deletion;
- application-data deletion;
- corruption;
- operating-system failure;
- storage failure;
- loss of access to a device;
- unauthorized access;
- user error; or
- other circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control.
Clearing application data, uninstalling Nexus, resetting a device, or using device-level cleanup software may permanently delete local content.
You should maintain independent backups of important information.
11. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins when you first download, install, access, or use the Software and continues until terminated.
Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Software and, where applicable, uninstalling it.
You may also stop using the Nexus Cloud Service or delete your Nexus Cloud account without necessarily terminating your license to use the local Software, provided that you continue to comply with this Agreement.
Suspension or Termination by the Operator
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Nexus Cloud Service, or terminate your license to use the Software, where reasonably necessary because:
- you materially breach this Agreement;
- your use violates applicable law;
- you engage in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access;
- you materially threaten the security or integrity of Nexus;
- your use creates a material risk of harm to the Operator, Nexus, or other users; or
- suspension or termination is required by law or a competent authority.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, the Operator may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a material breach before termination.
The Operator may immediately suspend access where reasonably necessary to address an active security, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Software license, you must cease using the Software and delete copies in your possession, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate archival, backup, or record-keeping purposes.
Termination of a Nexus Cloud account does not, by itself, delete Your Content stored locally on your device.
Sections concerning ownership, intellectual property, content rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, privacy, dispute resolution, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND NEXUS CLOUD SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
Except to the extent expressly required by applicable law, the Operator makes no express, implied, statutory, or other warranty regarding the Software or Nexus Cloud Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims implied warranties of:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- title;
- non-infringement; and
- uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Operator does not warrant that Nexus will:
- be uninterrupted;
- be error-free;
- be completely secure;
- be available at all times;
- work with every device or operating system;
- remain compatible with every third-party service;
- remain unchanged;
- be free of defects; or
- prevent data loss.
AI Disclaimer
Nexus may provide AI-generated content using on-device models, third-party AI models, or other automated systems.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular purpose.
The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, technical, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated information before relying upon it.
YOU USE THE SOFTWARE, AI FEATURES, AND NEXUS CLOUD SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, NEXUS CLOUD SERVICE, OR THIS AGREEMENT.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses relating to:
- profits;
- revenue;
- business opportunities;
- goodwill;
- reputation;
- anticipated savings;
- data;
- business interruption; or
- inability to use the Software or Cloud Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Software, Nexus Cloud Service, or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of:
- the total amount you actually paid to the Operator for the relevant Nexus service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD $100.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which liability is asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, except to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation. This limit applies in the aggregate across this Agreement and the Nexus Terms of Service and is not cumulative across the two.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law makes non-excludable.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising directly from:
- your unlawful use of the Software or Nexus Cloud Service;
- your material breach of this Agreement;
- your violation of applicable law; or
- your infringement of a third party's rights through Your Content where you knowingly or intentionally transmitted or used that content through Nexus.
You will not be required to indemnify the Operator to the extent a claim results from the Operator's own unlawful conduct, fraud, or intentional misconduct, or where indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
Except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights applicable to you, disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement, the Software, or the Nexus Cloud Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a mandatory right or remedy available under the laws applicable to you.
If you have a dispute or concern, you are encouraged to contact the Operator first so that the issue may be addressed informally where possible.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Software and Nexus Cloud Service is also governed by the Nexus Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Nexus handles information, including distinctions between:
- information stored locally on your device;
- account information;
- authentication information;
- usage and operational information;
- AI requests;
- information sent to Third-Party Providers; and
- information collected through the Nexus website or other services.
The Nexus Privacy Policy is available at:
https://nexusworkspace.net/privacy-policy
If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Nexus Privacy Policy concerning the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls to the extent applicable.
17. Third-Party Services and Licenses
Nexus may depend upon or integrate with independent Third-Party Providers.
These may include providers of:
- authentication;
- artificial intelligence;
- web search;
- hosting;
- content retrieval;
- model distribution;
- update distribution;
- email;
- analytics;
- infrastructure; and
- other technical services.
The Operator does not own or control independent Third-Party Providers.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
The Operator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, or independent processing practices of third-party websites and services.
Nexus may also include third-party software, libraries, models, fonts, codecs, or other components distributed under separate licenses.
Where applicable, those licenses may grant you rights that are independent of and take precedence over conflicting restrictions in this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights granted to you under applicable open-source or other third-party licenses.
Third-party notices and license information may be provided with the Software, within the Software, or through associated documentation or repositories.
18. Changes to This Agreement
The Operator may update this Agreement from time to time.
For non-material changes, the updated Agreement may become effective when published.
For material changes, the Operator may provide reasonable notice through the Software, Nexus website, email, or another appropriate method where required by applicable law.
The updated Agreement will identify its effective or updated date.
Where legally permitted, your continued use of Nexus after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using the affected Software or Cloud Service.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
19. General Provisions
(a) Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Nexus Privacy Policy, Nexus Terms of Service where applicable, the Nexus Software License, and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the agreement between you and the Operator concerning the Software and Nexus Cloud Service.
If there is a conflict:
- this Agreement controls matters concerning the Software license and the permitted use of the Software and of the Nexus Cloud Service through the Software, and the Nexus Software License otherwise supplements this Agreement concerning intellectual-property rights in the proprietary Software;
- the Nexus Privacy Policy controls matters concerning personal-information processing;
- the Nexus Terms of Service control matters specifically concerning the Nexus website or services expressly governed by those Terms; and
- separate third-party licenses control the components to which those licenses apply.
(b) Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
(c) No Waiver
The failure of the Operator to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
(d) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your rights under it without the Operator's prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
The Operator may assign or transfer this Agreement in connection with:
- a reorganization;
- merger;
- acquisition;
- sale of substantially all relevant assets;
- transfer of Nexus;
- transfer of the Nexus Cloud Service; or
- establishment of a successor legal entity.
(e) No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Operator.
(f) Force Majeure
The Operator will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, widespread internet or infrastructure failures, service-provider failures, power outages, or other extraordinary events.
This provision does not excuse obligations that cannot legally be excused.
(g) Export and Sanctions Compliance
You agree to use the Software and Nexus Cloud Service in compliance with applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade laws.
(h) Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and must be at least 16 years old, unless applicable law requires a different minimum age.
If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
